Permanent traffic regulation

Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council is proposing to convert and widen the following length of footway to a 3m wide unsegregated shared use footway/cycleway using powers under sections 66(4) and section 65(1) of the Highways Act 1980.

•    Liverpool Road, Upton (north side) between Mill Lane and Beechway.
