Permanent traffic orderNotice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Sovereign Way, Chester)(Prohibition of waiting) Order 2018
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting at any time on Sovereign Way (south-west side) from (i) a point 53 metres south-east of the centre line of its junction with Minerva Avenue for a distance of 60 metres in a south-easterly direction; and (ii) from a point 53 metres north-west of a point opposite the centre line of Jupiter Drive for a distance of 17 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Full details are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extents of the proposal may be examined at the Council Offices, Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by Friday 7 September 2018 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
