Permanent traffic regulations: Chester, Upper Cambrian Road and Kilmorey Park Avenue (prohibition of waiting) (proposed order)

Permanent traffic regulation

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting on the west side of Upper Cambrian Road/Gladstone Road from a point 10 metres north of the centre-line of Cambrian Road to a point 98 metres south of the centre-line of Cambrian Road.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road:

•    Kilmorey Park Avenue (north-west side) – from a point 20 metres south-west of the centre-line of Kilmorey Park Road for a distance of 45 metres in a south-westerly direction; and
•    Kilmorey Park Avenue (south-east side) – from a point 25 metres north-east of the centre-line of Sandleigh for a distance of 50 metres in a north-easterly direction

Full details are in the draft Orders which, together with plans showing the extents of the proposals, may be examined at the Council Offices, Ground Floor Reception, The Forum, Chester between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The offices will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

All objections and other representations relating to the Orders must be made in writing to the undersigned by 3rd May 2019 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Any representations made should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection.
