 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Harlech Court – Entry gained by unknown means and Xbox, IMac and games have been taken.
  • Highfield Road – Offender has entered property via an unlocked door and taken a tablet, iPhone 6 and cash whilst occupant has been asleep on the couch. – They have then targeted an address further down the road and been detained – offender arrested and charged. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Grange
  • Camden Road – Ground floor window smashed.  Offender/s have been believed to have entered property as pets were found outside.  Nothing believed taken. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • Garth Road – Entry gained into port-a-cabin after prising window open.   Laptop and cash from a safe which has been prised open taken. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Raby Park Road – Unknown offender/s have scaled metal security fencing of Neston Recreation Centre to gain entry to an enclosed rear yard.  The rear fire doors have then been forced open  but further entry prevented by internal security doors. Offenders have made off after possibly being disturbed by staff after alarm has been tripped.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Chester Road – Entry gained by unknown means in to estate agents via a rear door.  Coat taken. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden: 
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Winsford Grove – Metal up and over door forced to gain entry into garage.  Axle stands, battery charger and pair of jumps leads taken.
Criminal Damage 

Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Park Road – Outer pane on lower floor side window smashed by unknown means.
  • Croft Court – Ground floor window of flat is damaged by unknown means causing a crack in the outer pane. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Burton Road – 2 rear windows at community centre smashed and damage caused to outside garden furniture.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Lyneal Avenue – Entry gained into rear garden where a Scott Aspect 650 mountain bike is securely locked to downspout removed by unknown means.
  • St. Pauls
  • Woodchurch Lane – Old school site continues to be targeted with youths setting fires on the astro turf and attempting to rip off metal grating on old building to gain entry.
  • Parklands – 2 separate properties reporting damage. Front window smashed at one and window in front door in the other.
  • Station Road – Glass in bus stop smashed by group of youths.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Single glazed glass panel smash by unknown object being thrown at it.
Theft 

Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Whitby Road – Black, white and blue Merida mountain bike locked securely taken along with lock – located in nearby alleyway. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Gawsworth Road – Carrera road bike, in communal area of Dale Mews taken.
Vehicle Crime 

Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Heathfield Road – Nissan Qashqai has front and rear number plates, displaying T777 OKS taken – later displayed on a dark blue/black BMW which obtained fuel without payment from Morrisons, Ellesmere Port.
  • Whitby
  • Chester Road – Entry gained in Ford Focus via an open window and IPhone 5s taken which had been left on the drivers seat.
  • Strawberry
  • Norwich Drive – Hyundai has damage caused to all 4 wheels in what appears to be a attempt to remove the wheels.
  • Rossmore
  • Meadow Lane – Trade plates, displaying 49306 taken from insecure Audi A6 parking in compound outside CC Auto Services. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Parkgate
  • The Parade – VW Van, parked secure in car park of Old Quay Hotel entered via side door by unknown means. Quantity if power and various hand tools taken from within.
  • The Parade – Ford Transit, parked on car park of The Ship Hotel entered by unknown means and 10 new PC tablets and 33 old ones taken from within. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Wolverham Road – Vauxhall Corsa scratched along nearside rear door.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Craxton Wood Hotel, Parkgate Road – Peugeot Boxer Van entered by unknown means.  Various items taken from within.
  • Grange
  • Kensington Road – Peugeot 206 has wing mirrors smashed off and registration plate ripped off- named suspect.
