 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Smithy Lane – 2 males seen leaving rear of property after witness heard 2 loud bangs. Rear door of property found with scuff marks on door – 2 males arrested, linked to damage to motor vehicle below.
  • St. Pauls
  • Valley Drive – Property entered by unknown means and cash taken. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Burton Road – Reception door to Neston resource Centre found smashed open.  Wires ripped out of CCTV system which has then been taken.  Entry forced into cupboard and cash taken.
  • Neston
  • Buildwas Road – Entry gained into secure compound where entry has been gained by forcing lock into port-a-cabin office.  Untidy search made and laptop taken – laptop located short distance away.  
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Romney Close – Attempt made to get into garage by bending one of hinges back.
  • Parkgate
  • Paddock Drive – Entry gained into rear garden via insecure side gate.  Entry then gained into the shed by unknown means and tolls taken.
  • Netherpool
  • Bailey Avenue – Rear garden accessed and shed door removed from hinges.  1 x Gas TXT PRO 200cc 204 Yellow Red & Black (Trial motorbike) and Halfords socket set taken.
  • St. Pauls
  • Waverton Road – Garage entered after door forced.  GT Aggressor mountain bike taken.
Criminal Damage 

Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • Bridges Road – Fencing damaged in attempt to gain access to builders yard. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Chester Road – Large stones thrown at window of estate agents causing 2 panes of glass to break.
Theft

Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Specialized mountain bike locked securely to bike rack by sports shop is is taken by unknown means along with the lock.
  • Whitby
  • Whitby Park – Childs scooter, left leaning against fencing near to skate park taken by unknown offender/s.
Vehicle Crime 

Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • West Road - Piaggio moped, DE14 LBO taken from residential driveway.
  • Neston
  • Johnson Road – Rear yard of property accessed and security chain broken off Honda CBR, ML03 HGU which was then taken – vehicle located on parkland off Liverpool Road with damage.

Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Strawberry
  • St. Asaph Road – BMW has front registration plate, SF10 OTK removed and taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Frobisher Road – Car park of flats entered and by unknown means a full tank of petrol is drained from a Honda motorbike, leading to damage to the carburettor.
  • Sutton
  • Baker Drive – 2 males witnessed trying to break into Vauxhall Vivaro van.  Cycles away upon realising they had been seen. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Milton Road – Audi A3, parked at roadside has 3 tyres damaged by unknown means.
  • Princes Road – Citroen Picasso has all four tyres slashed – male arrested.
  • Rossmore
  • Joseph Groom Towers – Vauxhall Zafira has front windscreen has large dent made into which screen which has then caused it to smash.  
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Smithy Lane – Male has witnessed 2 males acting suspiciously near to a BMW 4x4, trying to pull the wing mirror off.  They have been challenged and then made off -  2 males arrested
  • St. Pauls
  • Pound Road – Toyota Aygo has white paint thrown over front and nearside of vehicle.
