Alert message sent 23/07/2016 19:39:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Just before midnight, last night, a member of the public disturbed a male wearing black clothing and a black balaclava. This male was seen running from the rear of an address on Holly Tree road in Plumley who ran towards the woods. The security light was lit at the rear of the address of the house which was also temporary unoccupied . The house had not been attacked.
This was clearly a burglar that was disturbed.
If you see or hear of anything suspicious that you think might be of value to the police, please do not hesitate to ring us on the 101 number.
Please be aware that we have an active burglar ready to make a quick snatch and grab to a property that looks an easy target.
Many thanks,
