Burglary Alert for Wilmslow

Recently there have been a number of burglaries within the Wilmslow area, these burglaries have occurred within the following locations.

13/10/16 Burglary occurred within the Altricham Road area of Wilmslow whereby a frosted glass side window was smashed and keys for a vehicle were taken, offenders then left the scene in the vehicle towards the airport tunnels. Vehicle has not yet been located and is still outstanding.

12/1016 Burglary occurred within the Hollybank Road area of  Wilmslow. There was no sign of forced entry and a substantial amount of cash was removed from the property. 

08/10/16 Burglary occured within the Maplewood Road area of Wilmslow.  Keys have been removed via a hook and cane burglary whereby the keys were placed near the front door and the offender  has removed the keys via the letterbox and left the scene in the vehicle.

Please do not leave your house/car Keys within reach of a door or visible from either a window or a door. Please keep them away from prying eyes and make sure that all doors and windows are locked so to prevent opportunistic burglaries.
