Message from Handbridge Park Officer PCSO Fox

Below is a brief outline of the crimes that have been reported around the Handbridge Park Ward between 21/10/16 and 31/10/16 which are of interest or have an effect on the local communities

Westminster Park – Near Glan Aber Tennis Club 25/10, 26/10, 28/10, 30/10 – Fires set to the fencing and netting around the Tennis Club in the park, causing damage, Youths seen running off on one occasion. Incidents occurring between 18.30-22.00
Selkirk Road, Curzon Park – House Burglary – 18/10-26/10 Entry gained by smashing rear patio doors – Numerous items taken from within.

Patrols have been increased in Westminster Park due to the recent incidents of fires causing damage in the area and the area is highlighted for Police patrols when possible during the evening / night time periods. These incidents are possibly connected to the Halloween / bonfire period where unfortunately there is usually an increase in youth related anti social behaviour. If you experience any anti social behaviour in Westminster Park or any location please call 101 so we can send out patrols and get Police to the areas experiencing problems.

Please contact us on e mail christopher.fox@cheshire.pnn.police.uk or 101 if you have any issues to report or want to provide any information on people committing criminal activities in your local area.
