2nd to 6th November 2016
 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Parkgate
  • Earle Drive – Glass panel in patio door smashed to gain entry into property. Untidy search made. No details of any property taken.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Entry gained by forcing rear patio doors. Unknown if anything has been taken at this time. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • South Road – Copper cable taken.  Drag marks from storage unit to boundary fencing.  A large amount of copper wire was also found which the offender/s may have been planning to return for. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Alvanley Road – Hinges unscrewed to gain access to rear garden shed, leaving the door resting on the ground. Army webbing taken.
  • Sutton
  • Lupus Way – Hinges unscrewed from door to summer house and untidy search made within although nothing appears to have been taken. Garage also entered but nothing believed taken.
  • Northern Rise – Screws removed from hinges to gain access into shed.  Nothing appears to have been taken.
Criminal Damage
 Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • Church Street – Unknown offender/s have sprayed graffiti on the rear wall and garage in an alleyway to the rear of a terraced property. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Chester Road – Barrier to car park bent back causing damage – 3rd time.  Also believed to be done by the same male on each occasion from viewing cctv.
  • Parkgate
  • Leighton Road – ‘For Sale’ sign set alight.
  • Netherpool
  • Rossmore Road East – Fence panel, between 2 semi-detached houses set alight.
  • Sutton
  • Sutton Way – Female offender kicking at front door of property and then proceeds to cause damage to the windows. – Female arrested.
Theft 

Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Gold IPhone 5s, left on table in Macdonald's taken.
  • Stanwell House – Falcon Carrera mountain bike taken from bike shed. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Chester Road – Whilst in car park of ‘Burleydam Garden Centre’ handbag taken by unknown offender from the rear of an occupied wheelchair.
Vehicle Crime

Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hadlow Lane – Secure Vauxhall Corsa, BN63 OJZ, parked in residential cul-de-sac taken by unknown offender.

Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Whitby
  • Beech Grove – Touring caravan, parked on residential driveway entered by unknown means and Truma caravan heater removed from wall. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Heath Lane – Ford Ranger, parked on car park at ‘Brook Meadow’ Hotel has rear door window smashed and a flight bag, containing various documents, headsets and cash taken. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Marlborough Road – Vauxhall Zafira, parked in residential street has wing mirror pulled off and paint work scratched by a sharp implement.
  • Milton Road – Vauxhall Corsa has wing mirror pulled off.
  • Heathfield Road – 2 vehicles damaged whilst parked at the roadside within residential road.  Vauxhall Astra has near side front tyre punctured with a sharp implement. Vauxhall Meriva has both front tyres attacked, with the rear offside tyre being attacked the following day.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Burton Road – Unknown offender has climbed from the bonnet of Peugeot 206 onto its roof where they have then jumped causing a large dint.
  • Chester High Road – Vauxhall Astra, parked on car park of ‘Gordale Nursery and Garden Centre’ is scratched down both the near and offside side by an unknown implement.
  • Neston
  • Mayfield Gardens – Nissan Micra has windscreen smashed and footprints left over bonnet.
  • Westlands – Renault Megane has windscreen smashed by a brick.  2 males witnessed throwing brick.
