7th to 11th November 2016
 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Netherpool
  • Plemston Court – Front door of property kicked open to gain entry.  Not known if anything has been taken.  Door had been pulled shut by offenders.
  • St. Pauls
  • Heath Court – Entry gained to property by forcing rear window.  Cupboards and drawers left open but unsure if any property taken at this time.
  • Sutton
  • Spinney Drive – Rear garden accessed via side gate jemmy used to lever open the metal on the patio doors. Untidy search made within and various electrical items and jewellery taken. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Kiosk, located on outlet village approached by unknown offender who has reached in an unsuccessfully attempted to remove the till.
  • Rossmore
  • Cedab Road – On 3 separate occasions an unknown offenders has accessed a premises currently under renovation and removed various tools from within. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Mill Lane – 4 separate outhouses at Bridge Community Farm entered after the screws in the door hinges have been removed.  Computer hard drive and £50 worth of tea and coffee taken.  Poly tunnels have also been slashed.
  • Hawthorn Road – Locks broken on 2 sheds to gain entry.  Felt hybrid bike and grey Shakespeare fishing tackle box containing various items of fishing equipment taken. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Overpool Road – Lock and window damage on shed.  No entry has been gained although the trimming on the window has been removed and attempts have been made to snap the lock off.
Criminal Damage
 Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Megabowl, Cheshire Oaks – 2 males and female have taken bowling balls into the respective toilet areas and dropped them into the toilets causing damage.
  • Strawberry
  • Silverbirch Way – Glue put into locks on both front and side doors to residential property. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Hinderton Road – Council owned bin and support removed from the street by unknown means.  Bin and support then thrown into the road causing damage.
  • Parkgate
  • The Looms – Unknown offender/s have gained entry to rear of premises via the Wirral Way.  A fire has then been lit at the rear of a garden shed causing damage to the outer shed wall and flooring.
  • Sutton
  • The Burns – Brick thrown through living room window.
Theft 

Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Unknown offender/s has taken plants from the outside troughs and solar lights. – 4th time in last couple of months.
Vehicle Crime
 Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Strawberry
  • Laurelwood Drive – Vauxhall Astra, parked insecure on residential driveway entered and 2 coats, some perfume and a small amount of cash taken. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Sutton
  • Summertrees Road – Ford Ranger Thunder, parked on residential driveway has part of exhaust cut off and removed by an unknown offender/s.  
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Holly Road – Mercedes Coupe, parked at roadside outside residential property scratched down the nearside quarter panel.
  • Highfield Road – Vauxhall Meriva kicked causing damage. – Named offender.
  • Beaumaris Drive – Group of youths setting wheelie bins alight. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Liverpool Road – Renault Megane has the drivers door and windscreen wipers damaged by unknown offender/s.
  • Sutton
  • Websters Lane – Ford Fiesta, parked at road side has offside front window smashed by unknown means.
Other Incidents of note
  •  Station Road, Ellesmere Port – Female has handbag snatched by male, wearing balaclava, riding past on a bike.  Male rode off in the direction of the old telephone exchange.
