 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Liverpool Road – Door kicked in and garage door broken into in a temporarily unoccupied property.
  • Shakespeare Road – Metal screen on front door removed and using keys from the key safe the property has been entered.  Copper pipe work, radiators and central heating cylinder have been removed.
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – Rear door of property approached in an attempt to gain entry causing damage to the lock.  
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Overpool Road – Door to shed forced open by unknown means.  Various items of food taken.
Criminal Damage 
 Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Langley Court – 2 males on bikes have kicked down the fence. – This is the 4th time in as many weeks although not reported on each occasion.
  • Marlborough Road – House brick thrown through window. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Rockfarm Drive – Fence panels damaged.
Theft 
 Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – Insecure purple ladies Apollo bicycle taken from outside flats at some point over a 2 week period.
Vehicle Crime 
 Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • King Street – Male witnessed on cctv to enter an insecure Skoda and search inside. He is then joined by a female before both wander off down a nearby alleyway. – Male and female arrested. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Berwick Road West – Ford Transit, parked on car park of ‘Mercure’ Hotel has the lock forced on the offside door to gain entry.  “ bags full of tools taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Chester Road – Ford Transit panel van, parked in car park of ‘Premier Inn’ has lock damaged by an offender who was disturbed by the owner and left the area in a black Peugeot van.
  • Rivacre Road – Entry gained into a Mercedes Sprinter van by unknown means.  Stihl disk cutter saw taken from within.
  • St. Pauls
  • Rossmore Road West – Mitsubishi Shogun has catalytic convertor taken. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • Whitby Road – Ford Focus, parked at roadside near to Westminster Bridge has wing mirror damaged. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Grange
  • Overpool Road – Ford Focus, whilst being driven along road has unknown object thrown at it causing damage to the vehicle.
Other incidents of note 
  • Flatt Lane / Princes Road – Silver Peugeot 207 set alight by unknown male offender.
