Stolen quads from Sutton

Two quads have been stolen overnight from rural locations in Sutton.

A white 61 plate van which is similar to the sixe of a Mercedes sprinter van was seen leaving the Macclesfield Forest area at 0815am today.

Behind the van was a red quad being ridden by a male wearing an orange helmet. It has now been confirmed that this quad had been stolen overnight and it was in convoy with the van.

They were seen heading in the direction of Derbyshire.

If you have any information in relation to these thefts please contact PC 5137 Long on tel;101.

Please report any suspicious behaviour to tel; 101 and secure all property.
