 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Grange Road – Front door forced to gain entry. Bleach and hair gel poured over couch in living room and bedroom window smashed with house brick. – Named suspect.
  • Stanney Lane – Rear garden entered and using an unknown implement an unsuccessful attempt has been made to force entry via the patio door lock. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Parkgate
  • The Spinney – Keys to grey Vauxhall Astra, FV61 EPX taken from a hall table via the letterbox using an unknown tool.  Vehicle then taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Lane – Window smashed to rear of property to gain access.  Untidy search made within and cash taken. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Rossmore
  • Meadow Lane – 3 separate units reporting incidents.  In the 1st the outer shutter door to business unit forced open.  No entry into actual unit gained. In the 2nd entry has been gained by sliding the door off its runner.  Cash taken from a cash box of secured desk within office. Named suspect. In the 3rd an unknown offender has walked into an occupied workshop and taken a G-clamp. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • Clayhill Industrial Estate – Entry forced into ‘Ironworks’ business unit.  Search made within but nothing appears to have been taken. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Grange
  • Pooltown Road – Garden area accessed by offenders reaching through broken fencing to unbolt gate.  Entry has then been gained into a garage area, leaving lock intact and 2 bikes, Boardman racer in black and white mountain bike with silver and lime green taken.
Criminal Damage 
 Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles: 

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Station Road – Rear window damaged with pellet from gun.
  • Neston
  • Mostyn View – 3 unknown youths sitting on the roof of the train station shelter throwing stones, one having broken the window at the property at Mostyn View.
  • St. Pauls
  • Station Road – Unknown male throws stone at glass bus stop shelter causing it to smash.
 Theft
 Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Arundel Court – Carrera bike in silver taken from rear of property. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Whilst in the ‘Olde Red Lion’ PH, Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge removed from coat pocket by unknown offender.
Vehicle Crime 
 Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Parkgate
  • The Spinney – Grey Vauxhall Astra, FV61 EPX after keys taken from a hall table via the letterbox using an unknown tool.
  • Netherpool
  • Rivacre Road – Volvo excavator, with words ‘ANGLO’ plant across the side taken from ‘Vauxhall Sports & Social Club, after offenders have gained entry to the site having broken the gate padlock off.  Set of ramps left on site.

Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Whitby
  • Thamesdale – Mirrors taken from wing mirrors of Audi A3 parked on residential road. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Neston
  • High Street – Insecure Mercedes Sprinter van, parked at roadside entered and wallet, containing cards, IPhone 6 and photograph taken from the dashboard.
  • Netherpool
  • Warren Drive – Front registration plate, displaying GAZ 4115, taken from a Range Rover Sport.  
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Rugby Road – Unknown substance thrown over Volvo causing damage to the paint work and alarm to activate.
  • Sherbourne Road – Ford Fiesta, within grounds of St. Bernards School jumped on by pupils causing damage to bonnet and sides of vehicle. – Named suspects.
  • Whitby
  • Tynesdale – Vauxhall Astra, parked in residential street has rear lights smashed by an unknown male.
  • Park Drive – Renault Clio has front and rear lights smashed by unknown offender. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Netherpool
  • Rossmore Road West – Ford Focus parked on residential street has wing mirror damaged by unknown means.
  • Sutton
  • Archers Way – Vauxhall has front and rear tyre punctured by unknown offender/implement.
Other incidents of note.... 
  •  Earls Gardens/Regent Street – Female pushed over by male offender on bike has grabbed handbag and ridden off onto Queens Gardens.- Male arrested and charged.
  • Seacombe Drive – Old building on back of St. Saviours School site set alight.
