 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cambridge Road – Entry gained by unknown means and 2 x Fossil watches and cash taken. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Hargrave Drive – During the early hours of the morning male offender disturbed trying door handles of property.  Left in the direction of Waverton Road. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Ashfield Road – Two youths disturbed looking around shed with torches.  Made off along alleyway at the rear of Heathfield Road. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Road - Fence panel attached to shed door ripped off. No entry gained into shed.Incidents reported relating to residential property:

  Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Stirling Court – Graffiti sprayed onto pavement outside block of flats. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Berwick Road – Group of youths have caused damage to the top of two fence panels by jumping over them into garden.
Theft 
  Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Whitby
  • Dunkirk Lane – Unknown offender has entered tent of patron attending ‘Folk Festival’ at Whitby Sports & Social Club during the early hours of the morning and removed quantity of cash from a wallet. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Sutton
  • Falcon Road – Air conditioning unit taken from driveway by male  offender.
Vehicle Crime 
 Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village – 2 separate incidents reported during the time period of this newsletter.  1st - BMW, parked in car park has wing mirror cover taken. 2nd – Peugeot 2008, parked in car park, has registration plate bearing WO15 OEM taken. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Parkgate Road – 2 reports of thefts having occurred overnight. 1st - Peugeot Partner, parked on car park of Tudor Rose has small window by passenger side wing mirror smashed to gain entry. Quantity of fishing equipment taken. 2nd – Citroen Relay entered by unknown means and toolbox containing Makita drill impact driver and Avdel gun taken.
  • Parkgate Road – On another night a dark saloon vehicle has parked up at the rear of the Tudor Rose car park and 2 males have approached a Ford transit.  One of the males has made an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry into the vehicle using a crow bar before they have both left in their vehicle in the direction of Neston.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Berwick Road West – 3 males witnessed entering an insecure Mercedes lorry, parked on car park of Quality Hotel, and removing items. Males left the area in a Silver Vauxhall vehicle.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hadlow Road – Lock forced on Suzuki Alton, parked at Station House car park and handbag taken from within.
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Nissan Navara, parked on the car park of the Ellesmere Port Golf Centre has the rear passenger window smashed to gain entry. Bosch combo drill and charger taken.
  • Tarporley Road – Vauxhall Vectra, parked on car park of St. Saviours Social Club, locked but with window slightly open has blue disabled permit taken.
  • Grange
  • Regent Street – Insecure Mercedes A140 entered and search made through glovebox. Group of 4 males disturbed by neighbour.  Nothing believed to have been taken. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Rhuddlan Court – Ford Fiesta has windscreen smashed, possibly with a hammer or similar. – Named suspect.
  • Milton Road – Nissan panel van, parked overnight at junction with Wolverham Road found to have 3 tyres slashed with an unknown object.
  • Wellington Road – Vauxhall Astra, parked near to Iceland Warehouse found to have damage caused to its rear bumper, possibly by a trolley or similar.
  • Exeter Road – Citroen Saxo found to have the passenger wing mirror broken off having had a shopping trolley pushed into it.
  • Whitby
  • Park Drive – 2 vehicles parked on residential drive way. BMW has windscreen damaged causing small holes. Mercedes has both the passenger and drivers window damaged leaving small holes in the glass. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
  • St. Pauls
  • Glenwood Road – Seat Ibiza has wing mirror damaged. – Named suspect.
