Theft of motor vehicles

In recent weeks there has been an increase in burglaries in the Widnes area.
The offenders are targeting addresses and stealing vehicle keys and stealing vehicles.
There has been an increase in offenders using the hook and cane method to steal vehicle keys.
Please do not leave your car keys near your front doors and keep them out of sight.
Any suspicious activity please call the police.
