Burglary
 
Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Innisfree Close – Entry gained into property by forcing front door.  Keys to a Grey Vauxhall Insignia, DE13 ZNR and a Red Vauxhall Corsa, DG64 ORF taken along with a handbag.  Both vehicles were also taken from the address. – The Vauxhall Corsa was recovered in Cumberland Grove. – Male arrested and 2 further suspects named. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Bendee Road – Entry gained into property using keys which have been accessed through the letter box by unknown means.  Mobile phone taken.
  • Parkgate
  • The Runnell – Offender disturbed by home owner having attempted to break glass in rear door.  Confronted by home owner and made off. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • Marbury Gardens – Entry gained into rear garden via insecure gate. Unknown implement used to force the lock from shed door.  Nothing believed taken.
Criminal Damage

Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Croft Court – Petrol bomb thrown at address which has bounced off window.
  • Hawarden Gardens – Entry gained into premises by ex- tenant causing damage to door. – Names suspect.
  • Rossmore
  • Jacks Woods Avenue – Damage caused to fencing by group of males during the early hours of the morning.
  • Percival Road – Brick thrown through lounge window. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Netherpool
  • Rossmore Road West – 3 fence panels damaged by unknown youths.
Theft

Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Netherpool
  • Rivacre Road – Mobile fuel trailer containing 700 litres of red diesel taken by unknown offender/means.
Vehicle Crime

Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Grey Vauxhall Insignia, DE13 ZNR and a Red Vauxhall Corsa, DG64 ORF taken after keys obtained during a burglary. – The Vauxhall Corsa was recovered in Cumberland Grove. – Male arrested and 2 further suspects named. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Ringway – Secure black Honda 125, PJ60 WDE, parked on residential path taken after lock cut through. – Male arrested.
  • Coalbrookdale Road – Secure Iveco 7.5 ton wagon, T488 JND, parked outside business unit taken.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Alnwick Drive – Insecure Peugeot 207 entered and silver Acer laptop taken from rear seat.
  • Trinity Road – Insecure VW Golf, parked on residential driveway entered.  Ash tray removed and loose change taken.
  • Rossmore
  • Station Road – Suzuki Alto has window smashed to gain entry. In car camera taken.  Door also kicked leaving foot prints. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Bendee Road – 2 separate reports.  1st - Citroen Dispatch van has window smashed to gain entry.  2 Cordless Hitachi drills taken. 2nd – Damage caused to window frame and beading in an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry, (no vehicle details). – Suspect.
  • Raeburn Avenue – Citroen Xsara entered by unknown means.  Glove box searched and both passenger doors left open. Unknown if anything taken. – Suspect.
  • Morland Avenue – 2 Separate reports.  1st - Nissan Qashquai, entered by unknown means and an untidy search carried out within.  Front passenger door left open.  Nothing taken. 2nd – Ford Tourneo has window broken to access door handle.  Untidy search made within and coin dispenser and bank books taken from within. – Suspect.
  • Ashtree Drive – Front nearside window and rear quarter light window of Nissan Navara smashed. Untidy search made within.  Nothing believed to have been taken. – Suspect.
  • Waterford Drive – Entry gained into Vauxhall Corsa by unknown means. Cash taken from within.
  • Netherpool
  • Ferguson Avenue – Suzuki Liana entered by unknown means and untidy search made.  Sat. Nav. Taken. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Croft Court – Petrol poured on Land Rover Discovery before setting alight. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Raeburn Avenue – Ford Focus has passenger window smashed by unknown means.
  • Parkgate
  • The Parade – Whilst being driving along road Mercedes C200 van hit by object which has caused damage to the boot.  The garage has determined the damage has been caused possibly by a pellet from an air gun.
  • Netherpool
  • Overpool Road – Secure Vauxhall Corsa, parked on residential driveway scratched along length of vehicle using an unknown implement.
