Sankey Valley Park Motorbikes

Alert message sent 29/12/2017 07:54:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Dear Residents

Four Off road motorcycles were stopped by officers on Sankey Valley Park on the 28th December 2017.

The bikes were riding in an anti social manor, all 4 riders and the bikes received section 59 notices. These remain on the drivers and the bikes for 12 months and means that if they are caught on the same or any other vehicle driving anti socially the vehicle can be seized and they will be summonsed to court.

Officers will continue to patrol the park as there has been an increase in the use of motorcycles on Sankey Valley Park since Christmas.

If you have any information which could help us locate further off road motorcycles feel free to contact us.

Kind regards

Carl Beck
PCSO 21798
