Ellesmere Port & Neston News Bulletin
28th January to 2nd February 2018
 Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Entry gained into café by forcing rear door.  All cupboards within searched through and quantity of petty cash taken. 
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Wellington Road – Hand dryer ripped of wall in mens toilets. 
  • St. Pauls
  • Oxton Green/Sutton Way – Fences to properties damaged by a male who has kicked them after getting out of a taxi on Old Chester Road. – Named suspect.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

  • Netherpool
  • Gateacre Court – Parcel, left on garden by delivery driver, opening by unknown person and a pair of childrens trainers removed from within.
  • Grange
  • Whitby Road – 2 unknown youths have entered the bike sheds at the UCEA academy and removed an orange mountain bike.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

  • Neston
  • Tannery Lane – Toyota Hi-Ace entered by unknown means and Garmin sat. nav. taken. 
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Greenfields Croft – Vauxhall Corsa has rear windscreen smashed.
  • Neston
  • Parkgate Road – Mazda 5, parked on street outside library has unknown corrosive substance thrown over the side causing the paint on both the front and rear doors to blister.
  • Liverpool Road – Peugeot 307 coupe, parked in residential parking area scratched along length of vehicle down to the bare metal.
  • St. Pauls
  • Old Chester Road – Hackney cab has wing mirror smashed after male has kicked wing mirror having got out of cab. – Named suspect.
Other incidents of note…
  • Robbery – Young male on route to hockey practice assaulted by 3 youths who have tried to take his hockey stick from his bag. – 3 youths arrested.
