Attempted Break In’s

There was an attempted break in at a commercial premise in Beechwood

There was also an attempted break in on Dunlin Close in Beechwood.

Thefts

Theft of handbag from victims property on Heath Road South. Please be vigilant make sure windows and doors are secure.

Anti-Social Behaviour

Reports of Off Road Bikes around the area of Beechwood Aveune and Cycle Path near to Betchworth Crescent. Any information please contact 101.

Parking

Parking offences are still occurring in various locations on The Heath and Beechwood. These offences will be dealt appropriately.

Criminal Damage

A vehicle on Highlands Road had a brick thrown at it causing damage to the windscreen, the offender was on a mountain bike. Any information please contact 101.

Suspicious Activity

A number Nitrous Oxide Canisters were found around Tarvin Close. Any suspicious activity should be reported on 101.

Roads Policing

Tru-Cam enforcement has been conducted on Beechwood Avenue. We have a set time of 1 hour when enforcing, 11 motorist were seen to be doing over 35mph. *enforcement will continue*.

Upcoming Police surgeries to be held –

Saturday 14th July 2018 – 12pm @ Beechwood Community Centre

Saturday 21st July 2018 – 12pm @ Community Police Office, Heath Business Park

Friday 27th July 2018 – 12pm @ Beechwood Community Centre

Friday 3rd August 2018 - 6pm @ Community Police Office, Heath Business Park

We are keen over the coming months to try and advertise the introduction of Neighbourhood Watch schemes in Heath & Beechwood via the Cheshire Alert web page. If any members of Cheshire Alert would like to set-up and become a coordinator of a watch scheme then we as the police will offer support and advice in any way we can, my e-mail is attached at the bottom of this newsletter and I look forward to hearing from anyone who wishes to set-up a scheme that we can get involved with.
