Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Good Morning ,
I am just giving you an update of recent crime that has happened recently in Runcorn and on Norton South . We have had an increase in Bike thefts either from homes or out on the street . Please make sure you bikes and the sheds/ garages are secured with padlocks and when you are out , padlock your bike up . Also think of installing security lights to deter possible offenders .We do bike marking events in Runcorn , i can give out dates/ whereabouts of these events if you contact myself .
Also we have had males acting suspicious in the area of Brookvale , around Newquay close . We did attend and traced no males . But if you do see anyone acting suspicious in your area then do contact us via 101 . You can also contact myself with any issues you may want to speak to police about . This can be done either ringing 01606365509 or ian.hampson@cheshire.pnn.police.uk .

kind regards
ian
