Kingsmead Parish Council Meeting Update

ASB
A report of unknown youths walking past a property and shouting abusive comments, the report was received a number of days after the incident. It appears that there are a number of unreported ASB issues in the area, which are posted on Kingsmead Residents Social Media but are not reported to the police. Unfortunately we are unable to deal with the issues or those involved without the incidents being reported.

Theft (including shoplifting).
A theft of a new door delivered to a property whilst the occupants were out, the supplier has replaced this, and the delivery company are investigating.

Burglary
No Reports Received

Vehicle / bicycle theft
No Reports Received.

Parking/Highway disruptions
Vehicle removed from Capesthorne Close, which had been left at the location for a number of weeks, the Local Authority had put the required notice on the vehicle, but it was damaged and left in an unsafe condition prior to being removed.

Reports received regarding issues with parking around the school drop off and collection times, a number of visits have been made to the area and no offences were observed during these times. Will continue to monitor.

Other –
Speed Enforcement carried out on Monarch Drive, it has been nice to see the number of offences captured during the sessions has been reducing.
