Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Dear member

I will sending monthly updates of Crime and incidents to keep you informed, I will also send out alerts in between if I feel you need to be made aware sooner.
Don't forget you can also make me aware of anything you feel would be good to share.

I know many horse riders / owners are part of local social media and messaging systems, maybe one person could be nominated to keep in touch with me? I am open to suggestions on how we can make the scheme benefit you and us to make our communities safer.

So to start with here are a couple of incidents...

30/5/2020 - Whitegate way car park, Northwich a vehicle was broken into. I have sent this as I know a lot of people leave their horse boxes open with equipment on view, don't make it easy for criminals.

4/6/2020 - A  Male has approached a property in the Rode Heath area asking the owner if her horse was for sale, he became abrupt when challenged and the owner thought this was suspicious.

Thank you
Horse watch
