If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
 
 Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Warkworth Court – Offender leaned through open ground floor kitchen window and took and ashtray and screwdriver.
  • Somerville Crescent – Resident returned to address to find keys had been pushed into the locks on the outer sides of the doors, before having snapped.  No entry gained into premises.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Whitby
  • Mercer Walk – Front window to ‘Iceland’ smashed by unknown male using a hammer.  Upon the male trying to enter the premises a security light has activated and the male has ridden off on a bike.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Netherpool
  • Rivacre Road – Male entered ‘Vauxhall Sports & Social Club’ through insecure side door.  Having unsuccessfully tried to access on of the bar tills he has taken 10 bottles of various spirits.  Upon being disturbed by staff member he has left via the same side door.
 Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Braemar Court – Window smashed by unknown males.
  • Ewloe Court – Window to front of ground floor flat smashed by unknown object hitting it, leaving a hole.
  • Rossmore
  • Horace Black Gardens – Male punched window with both hands causing it to smash. – Named suspect.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Church Lane – Glass in door frame cracked and wiring pulled out of communications box within Haddon House apartment block.
  • Parkgate
  • Parkgate Road – Intoxicated customer smashed window after being asked to leave.
  • Netherpool
  • Rossfield Road – Extensive damage caused to caravan parked on ‘Westminster Industrial Park’. – Named suspects.
  • St. Pauls
  • Windways – Group of males, wearing hi-vis, jump in front of a taxi and proceed to kick it as it is driven around them.
  • Sutton
  • Kendal Drive – Wooden pictures, nailed to tree damaged.
  • Appleton Drive – Glass panel in fire door at ‘The Bridge Short Stay School’ smashed by unknown means.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Wellington Road – Trek mountain bike, secured near to the taxi rank outside Asda taken after lock cut off.
  • Whitby
  • Stanney Lane – During afternoon period 2 x secure lockers entered at David Lloyds
    • Rolex taken.
    • Wallet taken – later recovered from sauna with cards remaining but cash removed.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • High Street – Communal area of flats entered by unknown means and Voodoo mountain bike taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Road – A number of fencing posts removed and taken. – Repeat victim.
  • Pillbox Close – Swing set, kept in parking bay removed and taken by unknown.
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Yellow and green Voodoo mountain bike, secured outside ‘HQ Headquarters’ taken after lock cut off.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Warwick Court – Black and Orange Keeway Tx 125, NA18 DRO, taken by unknown means.
  • ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Cottage Close – Ford Fiesta has casing removed from lock and an unknown object has then been used to make an unsuccessful attempt to force the lock.
  • Station Road – Ford Fiesta, DK65 OLO parked up outside property taken by unknown means.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cheshire Oaks – Honda Civic broken into whilst parked at Outlet Village. – No further details at this time.
  • Whitby
  • Thirlmere Road – Secured Transit, parked on driveway has side door forced open and large quantity of tools taken from within.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Rossmore Road East – Ford Mondeo, on forecourt of ‘M53 Ford’ damaged after being hit by an unknown object.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • High Street – Peugeot 2008, parked at side of road found with wing mirror hanging off.
